Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. To ensure the health, safety, and confidentiality of our customers, We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

2. Motorized Product Warranty

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase for motorized products that are found to be defective. If a motorized product is defective within this period, it is eligible for a replacement of the same item only. No refunds will be provided.

Warranty Coverage:

• 30-Day Warranty: If a motorized product is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, you may request a replacement.

• Extended Warranties: Some products may have extended warranties. Please refer to the specific product descriptions for details.

Warranty Limitations:

• The warranty only covers the motorized product itself.

• No incidental or consequential damages resulting from product use are covered.

• Refunds are not available under this warranty.
